Fall 2011 highlights:
- Beta Delta received 33 new members in September, with 100 percent initiated last month! (pictured right)
- Beta Delta teamed up with the Girl Scouts of U.S.A for a successful International Girl's Day event held in the Sky Room on campus. The Science Council taught the Girl Scouts and KD's about physics and chemistry with fun experiments and games. Great job and big thanks to former VP Community Service Sarah Blakely for all of her hard work in planning the event!
- Kappa Delta Dads braved the blizzard weather last month for a fun filled Daddy-Daughter Day. Kappa Deltas and their dads attended the USU vs. San Jose State football game at a snow blanketed Romney Stadium. Following the game, food was served at the house and each KD had a chance to share with the chapter what she loves about her dad. The day ended with the dads and daughters exchanging letters and pictures. Thanks so much to former VP Public Relations Danica Moran for a job well done on Daddy-Daughter Day!
- Beta Delta elected nine new council members and transitioned several weeks ago. Beta Delta would like to say a huge Thank You to the council of 2010-2011. You girls did so many great things for our chapter and we are excited to see what the new council brings.
